Our Seamster

Pak Ridwan is a teacher and he also has a small mini mart at his home, run by his wife Ella. They have 2 girls (Della - 10 years old, Belva - 5 years old) and 1 boy (Gevariel - 1 year old).

In his spare time, he and his trusty old sewing machine will churn out wonderful mattress covers, blankets, tote bags and pouches using Indonesian batik. As he designed and handmade himself, all his work is unique. This extra income helps him to support his family and also to help the people in his community.
